Information for making appointments.

Beauty Derm is a beauty and holistic practice, privatized for each client in order to provide them with an exclusive and privileged setting. THE appointments often last 1:20 to 2hours and are spaced out for your comfort.

 

​

The skin diagnosis appointment is Offered; it allows you to discuss your objectives together and draw up an estimate. If you don't know which treatment to choose or want an informed opinion, you can only choose this information appointment of around 30 minutes and without obligation. Moreover, it is carried out systematically during the 1st treatment.

 

However, in case of cancellation less than 48 hours, the next diagnosis will be invoiced (€40) and the next treatment appointment will require the payment of a fixed deposit.

​

​Any delay of more than 15 min will result in the rescheduling of the appointment.

​

A reminder message (sms or whatsapp) is systematically sent within 24 hours before the appointment; without confirmation from the client maximum 4 hours before the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.

​

​

Les commandes en lignes sont expédiées du lundi au vendredi, généralement sous 48h ouvrés.

 

Attention, le cabinet n’est pas un point de vente en libre accès: si vous venez à l’improviste pour chercher des produits, il se peut que l’institut soit fermé (uniquement sur rendez-vous et pas de permanence), que je sois en clientèle et donc peu de temps pour vous conseiller, et surtout que les produits ne soient pas disponibles sur place car la plupart sont stockés en entrepôt.
