These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase made by a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) on the website https://beautydermparis.fr (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) from Charlotte Psarski / Beauty Derm (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
Only the special conditions set out, if applicable, in the order forms or commercial proposals, these general conditions and the Commercial Code regulate the conditions of sale of Beauty Derm products and services.
They shall prevail over any conflicting clauses and conditions that may appear on orders or other documents issued by the CLIENT.

Any order placed on the site necessarily implies the unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale by the natural person who made the purchase.
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale by the “seller” Beauty Derm / Charlotte PSARSKI on the website “ Beautydermparis.fr ” of its products to customers (individuals).

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all products and services offered by Beauty Derm.
In the absence of special provisions stipulated in writing, placing an order on the Beauty Derm e-boutique implies full acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services. They are accessible at any time on the site.https://beautydermparis.fr and will prevail, if necessary, on any other version and on the own conditions of purchase or others of the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Conditions of Sale are referenced on all pages of the site "Beautydermparis.fr". Beauty Derm strongly recommends that customers consult, read, download, print and keep a copy before placing an order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PRICING
Beauty Derm presents products and services on its site, as well as their detailed descriptions contained in the sheets corresponding to each product or each service. These detailed descriptions allow the customer to know the characteristics of the products or services that he wishes to buy. The customer therefore validates his order in full knowledge of the facts.
Beauty Derm is committed to ensuring that the description of the products, both photos and texts, is as faithful as possible to the original products. However, the photographs are not contractual.
The price of the products is firm and stipulated in HT, the VAT being non-applicable, this related to the statute of auto-entrepreneur.
The prices displayed on the site are the prices in force at the time of the consultation of the product and the validation of the order. Beauty Derm may change prices at any time.
The prices displayed on the site do not include shipping costs which will be calculated at the time of the order according to the number of products chosen.
ORDERS
The order of one or more products onhttps://beautydermparis.frimplies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without the need for a signature.
Placing the order and paying for it implies acceptance and disregards the contract between Beauty Derm and the customer.
An email will be sent following the passage of the order for proof of the order. This email will serve as proof of the contract between Beauty Derm and the customer.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made online by credit card or paypal. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards such as Mastercard or Visa.
Payment by credit card is managed and secured online and made by the payment provider Stripe (stripe.com). The information transmitted is encrypted so that it cannot be read. The “seller” via the “site” never receives the bank details of the “customers”.
Once the payment step has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is debited immediately after verification of the information. In accordance with the provisions of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. When the customer communicates his banking information during the sale, the latter authorizes the seller to debit the amount of the order from his bank card. The customer agrees to be the legal holder of the bank card to be debited and confirms his legal right to use this bank card. In the event that an error occurs or it is impossible to debit the card, the sale is automatically resolved and the order is canceled instantly.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Products ordered on the site will be prepared for delivery to the address indicated within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays); the parcels being sent by Colissimo, the approximate time noted is 2 to 4 days.
The customer can be delivered in metropolitan France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and any country in Europe.
Different delivery methods are available: Click & Collect (withdrawal on site) or home delivery by Colissimo. The products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated when ordering.
For Click&Collect orders, the products will be available at the Beauty Derm office 43 rue de Provence 75009 PARIS (France) within 48 to 72 hours working days. Upon receipt of the order, Beauty Derm will send an email or text message "Good for withdrawal" to arrange an appointment with the customer. The items will be given to him on presentation of the identity card corresponding to the billing details. The order will be reserved for 15 working days; after this time, it will be returned to the warehouse and added to the stock with a penalty for handling costs of 15%; the refund will be made within 7 days.
TRANSPORTATION
In all cases, shipments from the "seller" are made at the risk and peril of the recipient. Colissimo and any carriers, selected in the future or subcontracted by Colissimo, are solely responsible for loss, breakage or damage.
The greatest care being taken with the packaging, the “customer” must check the CONDITION OF THE GOODS upon their arrival. The carrier cannot obstruct the exercise of this right. In the event of damage, loss of package or breakage, these must be the subject of precise reservations, if possible on the delivery slip, confirmed by RECOMMENDED LETTER TO THE CARRIER within 3 clear days of receipt.
GUARANTEE
If the product is damaged or an imperfection of any kind is found, the seller will deliver a replacement product or issue a partial or total credit note.
It is accepted that only products used in the rules of the art, in accordance with the standards in force in the country of use, at least equivalent to the standards applicable in the European Union, are covered by our guarantee can be exchanged or refunded in the event of breakage or malfunction.
WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND PERIOD:

The product(s) must be returned in new condition (sealed, undamaged, unused, undamaged or soiled) and suitable for new marketing. They must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories.
The refund will be made within 10 days after receipt and verification of the conformity of the returned products, according to the means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the Buyer for another means of reimbursement..

Beauty Derm undertakes to respond to any request for information from the customer.
Any dispute related to the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract between the company Beauty Derm and the customer, will be in the absence of amicable agreement, the jurisdiction of the Courts.
The Comptoirs du Soin company carrying out its business on French territory, the relations between the Beauty Derm company and the customer are governed by French law.
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
These conditions of sale and delivery are subject to French law. For any dispute, only the Commercial Court of Paris will be competent.
